Comparison
Blogdat vs Jasper
Jasper is a marketing workspace. Blogdat is the system that keeps a site blog publishing.
Jasper sells an AI workspace for a marketing team: brand voice, a knowledge base, campaigns, and agents that turn one brief into blog posts, emails, ads, and social copy. In 2026 its own pages describe SEO, answer-engine, and generative-engine agents, including a Semrush connection and a grid for producing many assets from rows. That is a campaign system. The unit of work is the launch, not the URL that has to stay in Google next quarter.
Blogdat starts from a site. It researches that business, drafts the article, makes the image, publishes on a schedule, and can submit the new URL to Google when Search Console is connected. It then watches keywords, AI mentions, and link metrics for that site. It does not build your ad set or keep a sales email in the same brand voice as the landing page.
What Jasper is built to do
Jasper IQ is the layer that holds brand voice, style rules, knowledge, and audience, so a large team does not invent a new tone in every chat. Campaigns tie a blog, an email, and an ad back to one brief. Agents can research, localize, and score a draft against Jasper's own SEO and GEO checklists. Grid is the spreadsheet mode for many rows of similar assets.
What that stack does not replace is a search index. Jasper does not crawl the web's backlinks, and it does not own your publishing calendar. A Semrush connection brings keyword context into the draft. It does not make Jasper the place the article lives after you approve it.
What Blogdat is for
Blogdat runs the blog for a site. It researches that business, drafts the article, makes the image, publishes on a schedule, and can ask Google to index the URL when Search Console is connected. It can translate, connect WordPress, and carry more than one brand.
It also tracks keywords, AI mentions, and link metrics for the sites you connect. Link metrics and domain rating are shown from Ahrefs when that connection is on. Blogdat does not crawl its own copy of the web's keywords or backlinks, and it does not buy ads or run a sales sequence.
Side by side
| Job | Blogdat | Jasper |
|---|---|---|
| Hired for | A site blog that keeps going out | Brand content across many channels |
| Who it serves | The site, on a schedule | A marketing team and its campaigns |
| Brand control | The site record: offer, proof, refusals | Voice, knowledge, style rules, audiences |
| Search research | A brief from the site and the query | Agents, plus a Semrush connection on higher plans |
| Term-by-term SERP score | No live content score | Checklist and agent scoring, not a Surfer-style editor |
| Publishing | Scheduled on the blog, or WordPress | You export into whatever publishes |
| Indexing | Can submit the URL when Search Console is connected | Not an indexing product |
| After publish | Keywords, AI mentions, links on that site | The next asset in the campaign |
Which problem you actually have
Stay with Jasper
Your week is launches: one offer, then the email, the ad, the landing line, and the social post, all in a voice an admin can lock. You already have a place to publish and someone who owns SEO.
Move the blog to Blogdat
The missing piece is the next article on the site, researched from the business, published, and submitted. You do not need a campaign workspace to do that.
Using both without double work
A brand team can keep Jasper for campaigns and still let Blogdat run the organic blog. Do not generate the same URL in both. Pick the query, pick the address, and let one system own the draft that gets indexed.
If Jasper's knowledge base holds the only accurate product facts, paste those facts into the Blogdat site record first. A voice guide does not stop a wrong feature. A site record that refuses the claim does.
How this page was checked
- Public product pages for Jasper and for Blogdat, read in October 2026. Plan names and prices change. Confirm them on the vendor site before you buy.
- No score in this comparison is a lab result. Where a product claims a database size or a model name, that claim is theirs.
- Blogdat does not replace a keyword index, a backlink index, an ad suite, or a sales workflow. If that is the job, this is the wrong alternative.
