Shopify

1.Site analytics

  1. Open the site in Studio and copy the Embed snippet.
  2. In Shopify admin, open Online Store → Themes.
  3. Choose Edit code on the live theme.
  4. Open theme.liquid (or the layout that wraps storefront pages).
  5. Paste the snippet immediately before </body>.
  6. Save the theme.
  7. Load a storefront page and confirm a visit in Site Analytics.

For checkout or customer-account surfaces that use a different layout, repeat the paste in that layout only if you need those views measured.

2.Blog

  1. Open the site in Studio and go to Settings → Domain.
  2. Connect blog.yourdomain.com. Studio shows the CNAME to add.
  3. In Shopify admin, open Settings → Domains. If Shopify manages the domain DNS, add that CNAME there. If DNS lives at your registrar, add it there.
  4. Verify the domain in Studio.
  5. In the theme navigation, add a Blog menu item that links to https://blog.yourdomain.com.
