blogdat.ai (Blogdat) is the controller for personal data processed through this website and the Blogdat platform, unless stated otherwise for a specific integration. You can reach us at hello@blogdat.ai or Lakenblekerstraat 24, 1431 GG Aalsmeer, the Netherlands.
Account and workspace data: name, email address, password (hashed), locale/preferences, workspace membership, and billing-related details needed to run your subscription. Product content you submit: site settings, blog subjects, templates, and similar workspace content you create in blogdat.ai. Usage and technical data: IP address, device/browser information, approximate location derived from IP where relevant, logs, and cookie/consent choices. Support and contact data: messages you send via the contact form, support chat, or email, including any details you choose to share.
We process personal data to provide and secure the service (accounts, workspaces, publishing, billing), to communicate with you about your account or support requests, to improve product reliability and experience (including aggregated analytics when allowed), and to meet legal obligations. Where required, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (for example securing the platform), legal obligations, or your consent (for optional cookies and similar technologies).
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterward where needed for billing, security, or legal requirements. Support conversations and contact messages are kept for as long as useful to resolve your request and improve support quality, then deleted or anonymized according to our internal schedules. Cookie consent records and related technical logs follow shorter operational retention windows.
Depending on applicable law (including the GDPR if it applies to you), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
