Billing and plan limits sit on the workspace, so the team shares sites, seats, and monthly posts.

Agency delivery is this boundary used on purpose. Each client workspace gets its own members, often including the client, and they cannot see the rest of your portfolio. Your team can still be in every workspace you own, with a role that matches what they should touch. The production steps stay the same: template, research, draft, image, publish or review. The access does not. If a client can open another client keyword list, the workspace setup is wrong, not the feature.

Teams and workspaces let more than one person run the sites in an account. Owners invite members, and each person works in the workspace they were added to. Drafts, schedules, and published posts stay with the site, so a teammate can review an article without a separate login to the blog.
