Your existing site on example.com is unchanged — only the blog subdomain is redirected.

Verify once, then publish on your address
After DNS verifies, the hosted blog serves securely on your domain. New posts publish to that address automatically.
Re-check DNS from site settings if the record was updated or propagation is still finishing.
From there, templates, schedules, and languages work the same — only the public URL changed.
