   Invite the client into their workspace, not into your whole portfolio.

   Agency delivery is not a separate editor. It is a workspace per client, sites inside that workspace, and the templates you already trust applied again. Onboarding is a sequence: create the workspace, add the site, connect the domain, set the language, attach the templates, set the interval, choose publish or review, then generate the first posts. The next client repeats the sequence. They do not get a new process, a new login style, or a one-off document that only one project manager understands. If step four is different every time, the portfolio will be different every time, and you will not know which client is actually set up.
