Pair this with the SEO checker and site monitoring. A submitted URL that returns an error, or a site that fails basic indexability checks, will not benefit from more submissions. Fix the URL, the domain, and the uptime first. Then let every new post submit itself as part of publish, including posts that arrive through the review queue. Keyword tracking tells you whether those URLs earned a position later. Indexing only makes sure you asked.

How it works

Publishing a URL is not the same as asking Google and Bing to fetch it. Search indexing submits the live article URL after the post is public, and records whether that submission succeeded. You can see which URLs were sent without opening a separate webmaster tool for every site.

The article has to be the one readers will open: the right language, the right canonical host, and a page that can be crawled. A draft is not submitted. A post on the wrong hostname teaches engines the URL you do not want. Your own domain and a clean SEO audit are what make the submission worth sending.

Indexing does not guarantee a ranking. It shortens the wait between publish and discovery. Keyword tracking is how you see whether the query moved after the URL was submitted. Sitemaps stay in the loop so new posts are also listed for crawlers that fetch the sitemap later.

Use cases

A site that publishes every week

Each live post is submitted when it publishes, so a new article is not left waiting on a manual URL inspection.

Several client domains

Every site keeps its own submission record next to the articles it published.

A relaunch onto a new host

Submit the new canonical URLs after DNS is verified, instead of hoping the old addresses keep the traffic.

What is included

Sitemap sync
Add and update published posts in the sitemap search engines fetch.
Crawlable URLs
Serve each article on a stable, indexable blog address.
Search-ready publishing

Discovery tracking
See indexing status for published posts instead of checking URLs one by one.

How it connects

The AI blog writer produces the URL. Languages decide which URL belongs to which market. Your own domain keeps that URL on your host. The SEO checker confirms the page is crawlable. Keyword tracking and AI visibility read what happened after the engines fetched it.
